I am happy to collaborate on commissions with clients, to make a bespoke painting for your home. This process can involve as little or as much interaction as you would like. I have worked with clients in other countries, and worked with them via email and phone calls. Alternatively we can meet to discuss what you would like. I usually allow 4 - 6 weeks to complete a painting, depending on size. Whatever suits you best.  I would send you images of your painting, halfway through the process, to see if you are happy with the direction of the piece. I usually ask for 100% purchase price at the end of the commission upon completion.


If you would like to buy a painting that you've seen on the website, please email me either through the contact page on here, or email me at martinaniederhauser@ymail.com. I can then let you know if it is available through me, or being sold through one of the galleries that represent me. If I can sell it directly, I will then let you know, and we can discuss payment and shipping options.

How is my payment handled? 
Payments are taken through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details. Please send me an email with your details and order to martinaniederhauser@ymail.com.

I also accept bank transfers, and can supply my bank details. Once the money has gone into my account, I will dispatch the painting.


I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within Switzerland pieces are sent by Swiss Post depending on size and weight. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery. I pack the work properly, to guarantee that it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries. I use a specialist company to pack and ship my paintings, to guarantee that it arrives with you in perfect condition. They can offer deliveries in securely packed boxes, and crates for larger pieces, and shipping internationally. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you a quote for shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside of Switzerland) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs cover packing supplies, labour and transit fees.



What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a returns policy.

If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.

What if my piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
